Starting out in a retail pharmacy environment as an accuracy checking technician, Kylie made a change of direction in 2015 and set up a pet sitting business as a side hustle. In 2018 she decided to focus solely on cat visits, as cats are where her passion lies.

Her supposed side hustle has evolved into the largest specialist cat sitting business in her area, with over 1,000 clients and 600 reviews online. After a manic year that followed the 'unlocking' after the Covid-19 pandemic, she realised that to grow more she would have to employ staff, and this is where she discovered Pet Sitter Plus. She now has a small team and plans to expand this even more within a year or so, with the help of PSP.

Having experienced the benefits of using PSP in her business firsthand, the expansion gave her the time and space to take on a new challenge; passing on her knowledge of running a successful pet care business and helping clients to implement this new software. She says she could not have passed the reins to anyone else without first using PSP!

Kylie explains, "I have always LOVED technology, whether its computers, systems or new devices, so getting my teeth stuck into learning PSP to fit into my business's format was very exciting to me." She is a self confessed technology geek, and as the go-to person for championing new systems and teaching people how to use them in her previous roles, she is very excited to take this into her role as a software coach and support analyst with us at Pet Sitter Plus.
