Pet Sitter Plus is one of the most trusted and established pet sitting software suppliers in the world. To keep up with expansion, we are recruiting a UK based Support Analyst & Documentation Specialist.
As a support analyst you will be working directly with our clients to help them to solve their day-to-day problems and improve their understanding of Pet Sitter Plus. If you love helping others, are a good communicator and have a good basic grasp of technology, then this role will suit you well.
As a documentation specialist you will be helping to author and maintain our extensive library of support articles. Before you can move into this role you will first need to build up some experience of working with clients as a support analyst. Full training from our friendly team will be provided.

Flexibility

Part time or full time role. This is a role that can fit around the other commitments that you have in your life.

Your support workload is agreed and adjusted to suit the amount of spare time you have available.

We are looking for people who have at least 3 spare hours a day to commit to this role and are available most of the year (minus the usual vacations). Flexible working is offered although some weekend working is required on an agreed rota basis.
Income

A competitive hourly rate is offered for part time flexible working, dependent on your skill level.

For the right candidate there is also an opportunity to work full time if required.

Expected salary £40k rising to £58k.
Skills Development
If you are an experienced pet sitter, and you use Pet Sitter Plus or another pet sitting software, you might feel that you have a lot of knowledge and experience to offer which you want to extend and develop. Becoming a support analyst and documentation specialist provides you with an ideal opportunity to advance your own skills and share what you know with your peers.
So what skills or experience do you need for this role?

Experience working in customer service, with an ability to think intuitively and outside of the box for problem solving.

Organised with great time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience of running a pet sitting business is an advantage.

A working knowledge of Pet Sitter Plus or another pet sitting software is an advantage.

An interest in technology and software will help you develop in this role.

Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.

Keen attention to detail when proof reading with the ability to communicate ideas and instructions effectively.

A team player and overall people person.

You will need to have spare time, this role requires a commitment of around 15 - 20 hours a week.
